Since Bank Of America buys mortgages and does give out any adress but a Post Office box, I can`t get any issue resolved. Bill pay accidently sent an extra mortgage payment of $ 1509.00 on May 18,2009. On May 22,2009 After faxing them the correct information from my bank they promised to return the money on that day. Now they yell me their bank information was wrong. They won`t refund it or apply it to June payment. They won`t tell me where it is, so reporting it every where is my only hope of finding the money. They acknoledge receiving the extra payment , but they just can`t seem to be able to place it anywhere.. The last few times I talked to custome service I have been told " It`s In The Mail. Thank You for having patient with the Postal System" I have been given 5 different mail dates, The first was May 25,2009. That was 3 weeks ago.then May 29th,June 1st, June 5th. Does anyone believe this? Meanwhile, May bills and late charges rise. June bills are due and Bank Of America has reminded me that June payment is overdue. If I weren`t 65 years old and disabled I guess I would get a another job to help keep the banks in money. Thank You for listening, Elizabeth Boley
