TERRIBLE OUTCOMES!!

I spent $1000 on a blanket order with Al Ross. After printing 45 of my blankets 8 INCHES OFFCENTER, the owner, Dave, and the supervisor, Mike, at the Sheridan store refused to fix them. After 3 MONTHS of jumping through hoops, Dave admitted to NOT MEASURING the blankets before printing them, and a "SLOPPY" job on his part, and yet Dave refused to do anything. The case was resolved only after i hired a lawyer! Unless you want POOR QUALITY and TERRIBLE SERVICE, i would TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! This was a terrible experience!! DO NOT USE AL ROSS!!!
